What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial gives you full access to the Plus plan. After the 14-day period, the Plus subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial and will not be charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account. When upgrading, the new limits apply immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a topic?
A topic represents one subject you want earlymate to monitor, such as “AI regulation in Germany” or “competitor product launches”. Earlymate continuously checks relevant web sources for new developments related to that topic and summarizes them in your updates.
Can I customize my summaries?
Yes. When defining a topic, you can describe how updates should be generated. In addition to refining filters, you can request additional sections after the list of events, such as a short weekly trend or restructure the output based on the new developments.
